Jun'ichi Kanemaru

is a Japanese voice actor who is affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce.〔〔 He is most known for the roles of Hayato Kazami in ''Future GPX Cyber Formula'' and Sonic the Hedgehog in the ''Sonic the Hedgehog'' series. Kanemaru came in eighth in the Seiyū Grand Prix in 1994, receiving 512 votes. He also sings and composes, with songs such as "Suddenly" (a cover version of Rita Coolidge's song by the same name); ; and "Digital Survivor", the last of which was a character song for ''Digimon Tamers''.
